a happy but chained wish

you came to me that day hiding something behind
you wanted to tell but it fitted in words which you could not find,
i guess,
you wanted me to see through
trust me, i tried
but the colours were too bright;
the vivid image of your eye stealing face
when on your back,your little hands clutched it so tight
but still gentle not to hurt the wish
-the wish- to pick colours from the black and white,
a wish to listen the deepest of oceans,
-your wish-to make the wishing star -yours-,
you didn't show me your hands
i heard it in yours tiniest of smiles
i saw the wish trying to peek from your glowing eyes;
i could only whisper to you -the heights-
 where i stand the present day
from where i could see all my wishes,i clenched like you
clinging on a cloud like
a happy but chained wish...
